About Us

Birdie Box was founded in late 2023 with the goal of making golf playable anywhere. We noticed there were locations that you couldn’t play golf, and we wanted to fix that!

We want you to be able to unwind at work, an anniversary, a bachelor party, or any other event! You can be a scratch golfer, or a first timer. You can play a tournament, do challenges, or compete to see which of your friends can truly hit that 300-yard drive they keep talking about!

Set up is quick and easy and is done by Birdie Box. Staff will be on site during the whole length of your rental to set up a match, keep score, and offer condolences if you land in a bunker.

Our logo is adhered using Velcro, so your logo can be used for marketing events!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How does a rental work and what is the cost?

A rental is typically done in half or full days. You let us know your location and the event, and we will let you know if we are available and what we will need!

For rental cost details, please see our products pages. Rental price includes travel (in Edmonton area), set up, take down and clubs. There are no hidden fees.

What Courses are Available?

We use GSPro software, which provides over 1,000 courses. If any specific course is of interest, please let us know! Otherwise, either a wifi connection will be required to download more.

How Much Space is Required?

The tent is approximately 20’W x 15’L x 12.5’H.

Our smaller Lite setup is approximately 15’W x 15’L x 10.5’H minimum.

Please note that for industrial locations, more overhead clearance may be required to avoid damage from heaters.

How Long Does Setup Take and What is Needed?

Setup and takedown are roughly 1.5 hrs each. This time is free of charge for the rental.

All that is needed is space for the setup and 120V of power. We will take care of the rest!

Do You Travel?

YES! we take our golf mobile simulators all over Alberta & Saskatchewan. We’ve been to Calgary, Saskatoon, Kananaskis and the list keeps growing!

Are Clubs Available?

We will bring clubs for use. However, we encourage players to bring their own clubs!
