How do rentals work?

Booking a golf simulator for your event is easy!

Lite and Original Golf Simulator Rentals

Step 1: Choose a Simulator right for your event

Though they can often be used interchangeably, our simulator options are specialized for different use cases. Here is a quick guideline:

Birdie Box Original:

Great for large events that need a WOW factor, like festivals and ballrooms
Requires venues with large clearances and high ceilings
Great for Longest Drive contests due to large space and screen
Cannot be used outdoors, due to size

Birdie Box Lite:

Perfect for smaller venues, backyards and garages
Compatible with outdoor events (paired with high-brightness TV in sunlight)
More affordable than Original

Birdie Box Corporate:

Perfect for outdoor, high-traffic events corporate-sponsored events
Compatible with outdoor events (Rain & Wind resistant, and uses BOTH projector & TV)

Step 2: Assess Your Space

Confirm the measurements of our simulators are compatible with the space you have.

It’s very important to consider the height of the entire footprint. You also want to make sure there is an ample amount of cushion on the sides and front - we recommend at least 5 feet!

Step 3: Book your rental

Once you know whether you want the Original, the Lite, or both, it’s time to make it official!

Booking can be done using our scheduling page, or by reaching out via email. We require a $300 deposit for your booking and have a rental contract to sign.

Bookings are typically 4 hours, but can be longer. If you have a longer booking in mind, or would like to rent multiple simulators at once, we suggest you reach out for a reduced hourly rate.
